Spiritual Food For Thought

Today, I read a post saying that Christianity in America has been hijacked to justify harm, power, and domination. Biblical Christianity can never be hijacked, unlawfully seized, or taken over! God will not allow that to happen. However, cultural Christianity (MAGA), Christianity in name only, is the real culprit! A biblically Christian movement rejects cruelty, division, and the worship of political leaders. It cares for the sick, the poor, and the marginalized. It prioritizes peace over conflict, justice over control, and grace over vengeance. But MAGA Christianity does none of these things. It does not exist to serve — it exists to dominate. For me, the question is not whether this movement is sustainable, it is not! Hate does not build lasting institutions. Resentment is not a foundation for faith. Be encouraged! God is sovereign!
