Examining what we believe about God’s goodness (Part Five)

Faith does not answer every question or remove the weight of grief. But it does offer you a place to stand when the ground beneath you feels unsteady. You can receive both blessing and hardship from the same faithful God, not because you understand His plan, but because you trust His heart. Job did not sin with his lips. He did not curse God. He simply refused to let suffering be the final word on God’s goodness. That same choice is before you today. You can bring your honest pain, your unanswered questions, and your deep disappointment directly to God. You can choose to hold onto trust even when holding on is all you can do.
