This understanding brings peace and assurance, confirming God's personal, wise, and continuous involvement in life, directing even evil toward ultimate good for His people's salvation and His own glory. Yes, the concept that God uses rulers—both righteous and wicked—to accomplish His own glory, purpose, and sovereign will is a fundamental theme of biblical providence. He actively governs all creatures, events, and nations to achieve His ultimate, wise, and holy plans.
