Every believer needs a "Maranatha Mindset!" Biblically, the word maranatha has one of two meanings: "๐—ข๐˜‚๐—ฟย ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑย ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ" ๐—ผ๐—ฟย "๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒย ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑย ๐—๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐˜€!" The meaning behind these powerful phrases points to it being a petition or prayer for Jesus to return. So, what's the mindset? First let's be clear on what the word mindset means. It's "a habitual mental attitude that determines how you ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜ย ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑย ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€." In other words, does your mind return often to the truth of the Lord's coming for you? When your mind turns to the truth of His appearing for you, does it grip your heart? Does your heart want it, is there an eagerness to see Him? Maranatha, prayed the early church (Revelation 22:20)!
