Sin Fascinates Until It Doesn’t

Sin will always take you farther than you expected to go, keep you longer than you wanted to stay, and cost you much more than you ever dreamed of having to pay. The allure of sin is a tactic that can trick people into believing they can control or escape its harmful effects. In the end sin never delivers what we think it offers. Sin deceives, then defiles, then deadens one’s mind to its effects. The phrase "sin fascinates until it doesn’t” describes how sin initially appears enticing and captivating, but ultimately leads to destruction, ruin, and slavery! Be encouraged! Be vigilant! Be discerning!
