Don't let disappointment become your default emotion! (Part Three)

Trusting in God’s character allows us to move forward in hope. Biblically, trusting God's character means having confident assurance in His nature—goodness, faithfulness, sovereignty, and love—rather than relying on circumstances. It involves leaning on the promise that He is faithful, wise, and ultimately good. Trust is not based on things going well, but on the fact that God is unchangingly good and present. Even when a person is faithless, God remains faithful, as He cannot deny Himself (2 Timothy 2:13). Be encouraged!
