"Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!" (Psalm 107:2)

As Christ followers, we should be joyful and excited about belonging to Christ! We are to be free to make our boast to all of just how great our God is! We should be willing and able to look back over our lives and recall all the awesome and amazing ways that our God has provided for and sustained us. It should be our delight to describe in great detail, the rough experiences through which God has brought us. We should be very quick to tell of our faith and trust in Jesus! Others should know of how glad we are to be born again and brought into God's family. It's by the contentment and peace of our lives that others should see what a definite and distinct advantage it is to be a member of God's family. There are many who are living apart from Jesus. They are living under the hard, brutal and oppressive control of the devil. Under his control, they're hungry, discontent, and longing to come under the awesome care and management of our great God. Our Lord said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me" (John 14:6). Many of us are spending time with those who have not gone through Christ to the Father! What affect are we having on these people? Are our lives so content, so satisfying, so expressive of the confidence and the joy that comes from walking and talking and living with God that others become envious? Are they seeing in us the advantages of being under the care and management of Christ Jesus? Are they seeing anything of the Lord from looking at our behavior? We are the redeemed of the Lord and our lifestyles should say so! He has redeemed us from the hand of the adversary, and our lifestyles should say so! God wants to bring Christ followers into a bold, new appreciation of His care and concern for us. God wants us to recognize the quality and significance of His care and concern for us. God wants us to be satisfied in Him and we're to say so! Your move. Be encouraged!
