We live in one of the most dangerous and anxiety driven periods in human history. And the perilous, tumultuous events that were predicted to come upon the world just before the Lord's return are here and growing more intense daily! I am reminded of a passage of Scripture penned by a man in whom the wisdom of God abounded! His name is king Solomon. He said, "Furthermore, I have seen under the sun that in the place of justice there is wickedness and in the place of righteousness there is wickedness" (Ecclesiates 3:16). As Christ followers, we must operate in the wisdom of God and never forget that the world in which we live is an evil place. And because of this, it is crucial that we continue to look at things from God's point of view. God has the best view! As Christ followers, we desire the places of justice to be just and honorable, however, we should not expect that to be the case! As a result, when justice is not brought forth, we must lean on the promises of our sovereign God and realize that evil, wickedness, and sin has not run its course. We must embrace and understand that God is the only true judge and He will vindicate in His time. The wickedness of this world is a reality that we must live with. But, we must never forget that it's inevitable that the day will come when the just and sovereign God will judge all men. As Christ followers, we are in the final hour of the churches' time on earth. Learning to live by faith and rest in the Lord's promises is no longer an option! If not, we will find ourselves being crushed under the weight of the perilous times that has come upon the world! Not only will we fall apart emotionally, but we will fail to attain God's purpose for our lives in this critical time of history. Your move. Be encouraged!
